We also plan to arrange a short orientation/training session prior to the start of the program to orient our volunteers regarding culture, adjusting to life in China and program expectations. During this time, we hope our participants can get to know each other better and participate in some general team building activities. Training will begin a few days prior to the start of the summer program on July 1st. _____________________________________________________________________________________
